Alco’s manufacturing personnel use a completely integrated, custom designed and custom developed application to review all prints, procedures and work instructions necessary to produce a quality part. Each piece of documentation needed to meet quality requirements is seamlessly integrated into every aspect of the online application, including gauge tracking for recertification, FMEAs (failure mode and effects analyses) and Control Plans for part processes, preventive maintenance for production equipment and a quality operating system. The online application enables our top-notch manufacturers to track and analyze data for our continuous improvement program.

CAD (computer-aided design) software allows Alco to produce precision prints in-house for each and every customer requirement. By drawing prints in house, we save time and increase our flexibility. Our 3D CAD Inventor software affords us the ability to create drawings for customized machine tooling for R & D projects. This allows us to outfit our machinery with the best, most efficient tooling.
